Starting
the second week of September, every elementary school
student in Eagle County will be
selling raffle tickets. Prices are $2 each or $5 for three.
All the great prizes are
generously donated by area businesses. The winning tickets
are
drawn on the day of the event, but you need not be present
to win. So if you see a student with
tickets, be sure to pick up a few.
Though the event proceeds are divided equally, each school
and each grade "compete" to be the top sellers.
Check out below to see how they are doing. Also, 20 consolation
prizes are being offered to students that sell more than 40
tickets. These will be announced the day of the event at 2:30pm
(student must be present to win).
