How can I volunteer?
Each school has their own WWD Coordinator. Contact your child's school to get the name of the coordinator and a list of volunteer positions needed to be filled by your child's school. Carnival games, bingo, crafts, trading post, bake sale, and cleanup are just a few of the possible areas any parent can help with!

How can I participate with coordinating Wild West Day?
Join and attend your school's PTA/PTO meetings to get information about becoming a member of the WWD Committee. Each school is required to have a WWD school coordinator, solicitation chairperson, and raffle coordinator. Every year, each school trades off providing a district wide WWD Chairperson and Co-Chairperson. Each school's committee members are then responsible for filling their volunteer positions. Committee positions are usually filled by April of each year because a majority of the planning for WWD is coordinated during the summer months.

How can I make a donation?
Contact any one of the elementary schools and ask for their solicitation coordinator. Or, fill out the necessary information provided here on our web site. Any donated items will be picked up by a volunteer or we can make gift certificates for you if needed. It's that easy! Money or merchandise is welcomed. Large ticket items or cash donations ($3000 and above) will put a link with your name and logo on the WWD web page and you will be listed on all materials advertising WWD. This link will provide you with the necessary information about the types of donations you can make and sponsorship materials.
